Documentation pass

An internal handbook that had grown, over several years and several authors, into something nobody could confidently navigate. The content was mostly fine — the structure had just stopped making sense.

The work was less writing and more archaeology: figuring out what was still true, what was quietly outdated, and what had been duplicated three times under three different headings. Rebuilt the structure around how people actually searched for things, not how the org chart was organized.

Six weeks, part-time. The team kept it maintained afterward with a lighter review process than before.
